FIKU OÜ is the controller of personal data. FIKU OÜ transfers the personal data necessary for executing payments to the authorized processor, Maksekeskus AS.

Purpose of Personal Data Processing
Personal data is processed to manage customer orders and deliver purchased goods. Purchase history data (date, items, quantity, customer details) is used to maintain an overview of purchased products and analyze customer preferences. Bank account numbers are used solely to process refunds. Contact details (email, phone, name) are processed to handle customer service issues and queries. The user's IP address and network identifiers are processed to provide the online store as an information society service and to compile web usage statistics.
Legal Grounds
Personal data processing is carried out for the performance of a contract entered into with the customer. Processing also occurs to fulfill legal obligations (such as accounting duties and resolving consumer disputes).
Recipients of Personal Data
Personal data is shared with online store customer support to manage purchases, review order history, and resolve customer issues.
The customer's name, phone number, and email address are shared with the selected transport service provider. For courier deliveries, the delivery address is also shared. If accounting is managed by a third-party service provider, relevant personal data is transferred for book-keeping operations. Data may also be shared with IT service providers to ensure store functionality or data hosting.
Security and Access to Data
Personal data is hosted on Zone servers located within the territory of a Member State of the European Union or the European Economic Area (EEA). Data may be transferred to countries whose level of data protection has been assessed as adequate by the European Commission, or to US companies participating in recognized data protection frameworks (such as Data Privacy Framework / Privacy Shield mechanisms).
Access to personal data is restricted to authorized employees solely to resolve technical issues or deliver customer support. The store applies appropriate physical, organizational, and technical security measures to protect data against accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration, or unauthorized access and disclosure. Transfers to authorized processors (e.g., delivery partners, hosting providers) take place under formal agreements requiring appropriate safeguards.

Customers can inspect and update their personal data by contacting customer support.
Withdrawal of Consent
Where processing is based on consent, the customer may withdraw consent at any time by notifying customer support via email.
Data Retention
Purchase history is retained for three (3) years. In the event of payment or consumer disputes, data is retained until the claim is settled or the statutory limitation period expires. Data required for accounting purposes is retained for seven (7) years in accordance with tax legislation.
Erasure / Right to be Forgotten
To request data deletion, contact customer support via email. Requests will be answered within one month, confirming the applicable deletion timeframe.
Data Portability
Requests for data portability submitted via email will be answered within one month. Customer support will verify identity and confirm the scope of portable data.
Dispute Resolution
Disputes concerning personal data processing are handled via customer support. The supervisory authority is the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (Andmekaitse Inspektsioon, email: info@aki.ee).
